Thirteen camera councils from the United States, Finland, and China competed in this year's Photographic Society of America's Council Challenge, which was judged in July by the Bowie-Crofton Camera Club in Maryland.
The Twin Cities Area Council of Camera Clubs won fourth place overall in this year's Council Challenge; fourth place in digital and slides, and sixth place in prints. Awards will be presented at the October PSA Conference in Charleston, South Carolina.
