Calling all Gearheads

While searching out a small ballhead for my NEX 7 compact camera I came across this beast on the Photo Claim website in Korea.  It looks like a Borg ship from Star Trek with a lot of rotating dials. 

It allows the user to adjust the center of gravity for the lens in use on the camera.  It weighs 2 lbs, and has adjustment controls on top, in the middle and on the bottom.  It looks large and complex enough to play music, makes phone calls and calculate pi among other things when not being used for its intended purpose.
