COSTA RICA PHOTO TOURS

If you have ever thought of taking a photo tour to an exotic locale, now is the time to sign up for a photo journey to Costa Rica. The country has it all; Pacific and Caribbean oceans on either side, an active volcano, rain forests with colorful and exotic animals, endless beaches, picturesque small towns, friendly residents, a stable economy and quick access from the United States to major airports near both coasts. The countries diversity creates unlimited opportunities for photographers of all skill levels and interests.

To help you navigate the photo ops that abound are our good friends Rikk Flohr and Laurie Hernandez. Both are professional photographers well known to our camera club members as judges and presenters. Rikk, of Fleeting Glimpse Images, will be the instructor and offer classroom and field instruction to participants. Laurie operates Worldesigns and is offering a $100 discount on the February Costa Rica Photography tour for those who sign up during the month of September.

Worldesigns also offer a custom tour in April for groups of 6 or more. Anyone who signs up for this tour can get a $200.00 discount during September. The custom tour dates are determined by the group and the price is comparable to the February tour. The itinerary will be flexible based on the interests of the group.

For more information go to World Design's website.

I personally spent a week on the Pacific Coast a while back and was amazed at the beauty and diversity of the country. You should check out the photo galleries at Worldesigns above, and to view a photo wall of images from Costa Rica try Google Images.
