The website "Digital Photography School" publishes free tips and tutorials on photography. The most current one is aimed at new camera owners and those starting out in the photography field. It's called "21 setting, techniques and rules all camera owners should know". It is a very basic, but very useful short-course in how to use a digital camera effectively.
